About CFLCA

Since 2009, CFLCA has served a vital role in navigating complex labor laws on behalf of farm labor contractors (FLCs). Our premier organization advocates for best management practices and provides tools and education to ensure safe, profitable, and successful ag operations. Our work is dedicated to helping build positive relationships with grower clients and meaningful employment for agricultural employees.

FLCs account for over 40% of California's agricultural labor force. Our membership represents the employment of over 250,000 California farm workers. Members include FLC's, growers, and other industry partners who operate small family businesses to large multi-crop production activities.
