The mismanagement of the state FLC licensing process has severe impacts on FLCs, growers, farmworkers, and consumers. While the pandemic exacerbated issues with the processing of licenses, the primary concerns existed long before and will continue unless the root issues are corrected. What can you do? Call or write to request a meeting to discuss the predicaments and challenges FLCs are battling. All those impacted should participate: FLCs, growers, service providers, staff that are drowning in defect letters!

Legislators pay more attention when their constituents (those that live, work, and vote in their district) express concerns.
