This two-hour online seminar fulfills the supervisor training requirements on harassment prevention in compliance with SB 1343 and SB 1087. The session provides practical and interactive education on the rights and responsibilities of supervisors to prevent and report any type of harassment, bullying, retaliation, or other forms of related discrimination. Participants will leave understanding:
- What sexual harassment is and how to prevent it
- How to manage discrimination/harassment based on gender identity and/or sexual orientation
- What workplace bullying is and ways to eliminate it
- How to properly report and manage harassment issues

How can you prepare your company, safeguard your clients, and ensure legal obligations are respected given the new union ‘card check’ legislation (AB2183)? Train your workforce! Front line supervisors are your conduit for managing concerns and facilitating communication between workers and the company- and they can be your greatest liability. Make sure they understand the implications of this new law, the unionization process, compliance regulations, and how their actions could incur fines from the ALRB of up to $25,000.
