CFLCA was founded in 2008 by Guadalupe Sandoval with the initial support of a large grower and his five FLCs who all understood the impacts of joint employment liabilities.
CFLCA provides specialty services for farm labor contractors, growers and affiliated agriculture industry companies. We are committed to helping the industry achieve and maintain compliance and best practices for managing agricultural labor. CFLCA helps provide safe, healthy, and respectful places of employment for California's farm workers.
Grower Members receive informational resources, reliable references for FLC services, and discounts on training services to ensure compliant practices in labor management and safety. Members are committed to maintaining positive grower/FLC relationships and effectively managing liability in the joint employment environment. Together we provide essential jobs that help feed the world.
