Our 9-hour FLC continuing education seminar is now online! Must attend both full days of training to receive credit. Approved for DLSE credit (mandatory to attend and complete both days of training to receive credit). Two day event running from 7:30 to noon on the first day and 7:30 to 12:50 on the second day. Covers DLSE required topics in state and federal regulations including: Wage & Hour, U.S. DOL - MSPA; Cal OSHA & DPR Compliance; Workers Comp Management; Effective Supervision; Managing Labor Shortages.

Includes two-hours of sexual harassment and bullying prevention, certificate of attendance and access to over 300 document files. Discounted rates available for supervisors.

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to grant refunds. Registration fees may be credited to a future course when requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance and will be subject to a transfer fee of $50.00. Transfer fees will be waived for CFLCA members. No shows or failure to submit requests 72 hours in advance will forfeit all registration fees.
