This two-hour online seminar for mayordomos, supervisors, HR, and safety personnel provides practical and interactive education on how to prevent, recognize, and respond to heat illness. Train the Trainer: Harassment Prevention (online)
Learn what it takes to be a Harassment Prevention trainer, qualified to administer legally compliant training for supervisors and non-supervisory employees. This four-hour seminar will provide the necessary knowledge and resources for you to conduct training programs on the prevention of harassment, bullying, retaliation, and other forms of related discrimination as mandated by California state laws (SB 1343, SB 1087, AB 2053, and SB 396) including:

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to grant refunds. Registration fees may be credited to a future course when requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance and will be subject to a transfer fee of $50.00. Transfer fees will be waived for CFLCA members. No shows or failure to submit requests 72 hours in advance will forfeit all registration fees.
