The 2020 harvest poses new and greater challenges than ever: from new government regulations to quarantines. Get ahead of a hectic season by participating in this specialized training for supervisors, managers, safety & HR personnel, and FLCs/Vineyard Managers to better manage the growing range of worker safety issues including:

  • Best practices for COVID-19 prevention
  • Understanding new agricultural night work requirements
  • Common injury exposures and controls in hand harvest
  • Managing night work sleep deprivation

The training will be conducted by Guadalupe (Lupe) Sandoval, a qualified instructor with over 30 years of agricultural safety and health training experience. Participants will receive resources from the seminar and may request a certificate of completion.
